The Green Bay Packers are riding high with a 2–0 start to the 2025 NFL season, and the excitement in Wisconsin just got bigger.
After weeks of managing his workload, superstar defender Micah Parsons has been cleared from the team’s injury report heading into Sunday’s matchup against the Cleveland Browns.
Parsons, who joined the Packers in a blockbuster trade following a contract standoff with the Dallas Cowboys, saw a limited snap count in his first two appearances due to an abbreviated training camp. Now, with a clean bill of health, fans are eager to see the three-time All-Pro unleashed at full strength.
Head coach Matt LaFleur played coy when asked if Parsons will be off a snap count in Week 3, telling reporters only, “We’ll see.” ESPN’s Adam Schefter also hinted this week that Green Bay may be ready to give the pass-rusher a full workload against Cleveland.
The timing couldn’t be more compelling. After facing the Browns, the Packers travel to Dallas in Week 4, where Parsons will square off against his former team in what promises to be one of the most anticipated games of the season.
If Parsons continues trending upward, he could deliver his breakout moment in green and gold right when Packers fans—and Cowboys fans—are watching most closely.
